Author Guidelines

Rules of Article Forming

1.  Basic conditions The manuscript can be sent to the editorial office of the journal only if the following conditions are met:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published anywhere else, including by the authors of the manuscript;
  • The work has not been submitted anywhere else and is not reviewed with any other publication;
  • The work does not contain defamatory, defamatory or illegal statements;

  • Confirmation of consent has been obtained from all specified persons or organizations;
  • Authorship was agreed prior to submission, and no one was “gifted” with authorship or refused to be credited as an author (ghostly authorship).

action in accordingly, which may result in one of the correction notices, or we may remove or revoke the article.

4. Article title requirements

  • Does not contain abbreviations
  • Strictly follow the content of the article

5. English abstract requirements

  • At least 200-250 words, including keywords and spaces
  • Does not contain abbreviations that can only be understood from the context of the article

6. Keyword requirements

  • Less than 1500 words
  • Do not include abbreviations that can only be understood from the context of the article - separated by commas

7. Figure format requirements

  1.  Figures must be preceded by a reference to the figure in the following format: Fig. 1, Fig. 2–4, Fig. 5, a. Figures should be preceded by a link to the figure (in the same chapter/subsection as the figure itself).
  2. Captions should be in the following format: Figure 1. Figure title. If the figure consists of multiple subfigures, the caption should be of the form: Figure 1. Character title: a - the name of the first sub character. b - the name of the second sub character...
  3. If there are names, abbreviations or abbreviations in the figure and their notation is not given earlier in the text, they should be explained in the text below the figure. For example, this figure shows his three graphs, numbered 1, 2, and 3 respectively. Then the text below the figure should take the form: Figure 1. Title: 1 - Diagram 1; b - Diagram 2; 3 - Figure 3.
  4. The text below the image should be part of the text.
  5. Figures should be simplified “in text”.
  6. Figure captions should not be bold or italic.
  7. All captions in figures must be written in one font and one size. The exception is screenshots of programs that cannot edit fonts.
  8. Indexes in figures should have the same shape as indexes in the text.
  9. In graphs, axis titles must be offset from the tick marks by the same distance of at least 0.5 cm.
  10. At least one size (height or width) of the text under the image must be the same. Horizontal subfigures must be the same height and vertical subfigures must be the same width.
  11. Images must be of high quality (at least 300 dpi). The inscription on the figure should be clear and legible, and the lines of the figure should not be blurred. The figure should be free of noise. (Do not create or edit drawings in Microsoft Paint. This program outputs up to 120 dpi, which does not meet the journal's requirements.)
  12. The editor reserves the right to reject the entry if the author refuses to provide the original image file. Avoid data corruption (dwg for COMPAS drawings, SolidWorks for CorelDRAW files, AutoCAD, cdr., xls/xlsx for Excel, etc.).

8. Tabular requirements

  • The header table does not contain empty cells
  • If the document table is split across multiple pages, there is no need to repeat the signature on new pages.
  • All tables should be vertical

9. Formula formatting requirements

  • Equations must be entered in the Microsoft equation editor
  • Links to formulas in the text are (1), (2)-(4)
  • Formulas must be numbere
  • right justified numbering

10. Requirements for formatting of references to literature in the text

  • References should take the form [1], [2–6]
  • References should be in the order of their mention in the article

11. Requirements for formatting the list of sources in the literature

  • Sources are made according to the IEEE standard
  • Sources must be at least 20
  • The list of references should have at least 60 % foreign sources
  • If national standards are used in the references, their foreign analogues must be given
  • The percentage of self-citations – no more than 30 % (i.e., if you use the 10 links, only 3 of them are available to your works)
  • All sources must be unique (one source is mentioned only once in the bibliography)
  • All sources must be provided in the original language (i.e., if an article/book, etc. was published in English, sources should also be added to the list of references in English, and not a translator or transliteration should be used) – Before submitting the manuscript to the editor, it is necessary to check all URL sources for operability

EDITING

Only manuscripts that meet the journal's criteria and fit its goals and scope are sent to reviewers.

2 weeks to 2 months

  1.  After your article has passed Priority Review, you will need to submit a set of documents and make an advance payment. The article is then sent to the editor for processing.
  2. Get a response from the magazine editor. If there are any adjustments that need to be considered, please email the item to editor@mbi-journals.com
  3. If the editor's comments are not corrected, or if all the editor's comments are corrected, then the document should be packaged.

TEST*

1-3 months duration
