Handling complaints
If the editor receives a complaint, it will be checked for legitimacy. If the complaint is well-founded, it will be considered by the editorial board following her or his reviewer recommendations.
If the complaint is duly submitted and not defamatory, the complaint will be accepted for consideration by the Editorial Board.
If the complaint is defamatory or not adequately substantiated, the Editorial Board will submit a request for the submission of facts and arguments supporting the merits of the complaint. Complaints will not be considered if such facts and allegations are not submitted or if sufficient evidence is not included to justify the complaint.
The journal's editorial board applies all procedures aimed at ensuring, guaranteeing and adhering to all ethical standards and principles of scientific integrity.
