Prevention of manipulation

The editor understands the operation to imply the following possible events:

Attempt to use falsified data or plagiarism in the manuscript, attempt to supersede the results of independent peer review of the manuscript, or create conditions that prevent independent peer review of the manuscript. When in doubt or in doubt about the results of a test, the editors use the following principles as a guide.
