If a person not listed as an author submits the manuscript on behalf of the author, the statement should be included in the acknowledgments section of the manuscript and in the cover letter. The declaration should do the following:-
- Identify this type of editorial approval, including the person's name, company, and scope of contribution
- Identify the entity that paid for this support
- Please confirm that the listed authors have approved the submission of the manuscript through a third party and have approved the description or clarifications. Conflicts of interest, fundraising, etc.
The editor reserves the right to reject manuscripts submitted by third parties other than the authors themselves.

- After checking the author's manuscript for thematic consistency and originality and providing a license agreement, the manager will send him/her an upfront invoice of USD 75.
An invoice for payment will be issued by the administrator upon receipt of the article author's manuscript and license agreement. - Collaborating with editors: Review, edit, and work with the Layout Editor.
- After the editorial board has accepted a positive decision to publish the article; Make the final payment according to the invoice. The amount paid in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Rules for the submission of manuscripts of articles shall be considered an advance payment for the preparation of the article for printing and shall be considered a payment after the decision to publish the article (terms of payment). If the reviewers make a negative decision to publish the article in Recent in Engineering Science and Technology the advance payment (Section 3) is non-refundable and goes towards prepressing the article.
The editor's refusal to the author's e-mail address specified in the article (prepress preparation, i.e., editing/reviewing the article) is a fact of confirmation of the work done.
The authors (team of authors) submitting their manuscripts to the editorial board of the Recent in Engineering Science and Technology» agree to all requirements regarding registration, article manuscript submission and payment and accept liability in case of non-compliance. I hereby agree these requirements.
